Sorry repost but I had it in the wrong forum

We've had this van for two months now. We still love it. But that's not to say it's perfect. It is not. Here are 10 things I would change about it. I'm curious to see yours:

1. More small storage space: 1st and 2nd row
2. On SX-P, make all the chair controls be on the outside. This way, to move the 2nd row backrest forward (for 3rd row access) I don’ have to stick my head in and get it crushed.
3. Have the tablets integrated into the back seats so it doesn’t stick out and get bumped, scratches, or get knocked off.
4. Have the power outlets work without the car needing to be turned on
5. Make changes on radio tuning buttons. To play next song, you should press the arrow up button and not the arrow down button (seems backwards)
6. Have wireless AA (android auto) and ACP
7. Get rid of the piano black plastic. Faux open pour wood like the Telluride would be nice
8. Have an AWD/Hybrid option
9. Add HUD for SX-P
10. Have a Home button on steering wheel

Great list!
1. more space in front door pocket for large water bottles
2. make dead space under shifter more usable- even just some tiny space on drivers side like they do for passenger side
3. get rid of crazy touch buttons on dash which we are constantly accidentally hitting
4. pause/play button on steering wheel for apple carplay
5. put rear turn signals up high instead of by bumper
6. label trim on back of car :)
7. 1 more inch ground clearance- hitch mounted bike rack scrapes on shopping mall entrance
8. allow more customization for sx-p gauges
9. thigh bolster for driversadd on like telluride
10. all of above from last post!

Totally agree. Couple of items to add to an already great list.

1. Puddle lamps for the Driver/front Passenger mirrors
2. Rear camera washer
3. Digital display rear view (camera) mirror
4. 8-seater SXP trim (make the VIP lounge seats an add-on option)
5. walk-away auto-lock for 1s/2nd row doors
6. Power Thigh extension seat support for Driver
7. Tire fill assist (for the TPMS)

Totally agree with everyone, but I would change sdj's # 7 to:
integrated trailer hitch that connects to the bumper and is hidden. That will give you more than 1 inch.
I would also add:
Illuminate the top buttons (UVO/lights etc.)
and I have to repeat sdj's #5 because it is so important:
"put rear turn signals up high instead of by bumper"!!!!!

How does tire fill assist work? Hadn't heard of it.

I'd like the front windshield to come with a factory tinted brow. It lets is way too much sunlight and visors block too much view (can't see lights at the intersection).

Oh, and the middle seat in the 3rd row should have one of those arm rests that folds into the back rest.

Fill assist. When filling your tires, once the tire pressure is at the manufacturer's suggested optimum value, the vehicle's horn beeps twice (in some cases the headlamps flash couple of times) to tell you to stop. No need for a separate pressure gauge and on-and-off checking of the tire pressure during filling at the gas station.

I like the aforementioned and will intersperse my own:

1. More customizable gauges idea
2. More usable storage up front
3. Rear seat monitor that 'remembers' wifi settings (don't have to re-enter the password every time). Also, native 720p (at least) for HDMI input
4. Seat controls on the outside of the seat
5. Always on external cameras
6. Less naggy for keeping your hands on the steering wheel. I find myself with both my hands on the steering wheel and still getting nagged on really straight roads
7. Light up the buttons above the rear view mirror on the headliner
8. Enable rear seat entertainment mirroring to the front screen
9. Wireless Apple Carplay in higher trims
10. Remember auto high beam settings (I haven't verified but my wife claims it gets reset each time she starts the car)

Totally agree for #8 AWD will be a great option.

Here in NJ no tint is allowed for the from windows unless there is prescription or law enforcement

Not even a brow? That seems strange since so many cars come with factory colored glass at the top of the windshield to reduce glare from the sun.
If it's from the mfr and the vehicle is legal to sell as new in NJ then it's legal to have. Otherwise no tinting in NJ except for medical conditions which require a prescription from your doctor and approval by the NJ DMV. https://www.state.nj.us/mvc/drivertopics/sunscreen.htm
