2 Different rear seat entertainment systems??

I have a Carnival LX Seat package, with rear seat entertainment system. I’ve noticed from other YouTube’s videos of the same carnival that there are two different versions of this. One with Netflix preloaded and a more adaptable interface, and one with only YouTube and no ability to add Netflix, or connect Tom screen mirroring using apple products. Can someone explain this??

There is a dealer installed add on for remote screens which may have a different interface and the factory screens.

I saw one today that the dealer had not even had time to get the sharing wrap off of and it had a different entertainment system than the videos online. The touch screen did not have thick bezel all of the way around it. It was thick on the bottom and thin around the sides and top. This one did not have “kid mode” I too am wondering if there is some mid cycle change in the hardware?

Did you happen to take any pictures?
I did jot

it looked like this or very similar. So it must have been an add on.
The UI looked like it does on this video for the sorento

It's a dealer add-on. It does not have the same features or UI as the factory version.
