I went to dealer for first oil change and they didn't reset the reminder info. I called today because on youtube they only have 2022 how to videos. He said I have to bring it back and they have to do it connected to their tablets. Is that correct, what if I did the oil change myself or went to a non dealer shop. Does anyone know how to reset it on a 2023?

Hi, im Not sure but I went to the Kia connect icon on the infotainment system, then touched the maintenance icon, then touched reset at the bottom. That didn’t seem to do it

I've changed the oil myself on my 2022 Kia Carnival SX Prestige several times. Originally to reset the service interval I did this:

Press the start button twice without a foot on the brake, push the setup button, push the vehicle button, push the cluster button, push the service interval button, and push the reset button.​

After updating the Nav using the Navigation Updater to version V009.001.230203 the service interval button moved so this is now the sequence:

Press the start button twice without a foot on the brake, push the setup button, push the vehicle button, push the convenience button (you have to scroll down to see it), push the service interval button, and push the reset button.​

It IS different, I've looked everywhere it could be, or just about.
