I have been looking around the internet for information on the 3.5 Lambda III. I am not finding much. Specifically what are any technical differences (besides the displacement) between this engine and the 3.3 in the Sedona or the 3.8 Atkinson cycle engine in the Telluride. Any good links out there with significant information?

There is plenty info on Hyundai smart stream 3.5 gdi, which is the carnival engine and will fully replace lambda v6.

It is interesting to read that the Smartstream/Lambda III engine has Mpi in addition to Gdi. May help with the carbon build up issue (whether real or perceived) that gets so much attention and discussion on the forums.
