Has anyone had issues with their back hatch not always automatically closing when hitting the button, whether on the door or your fob? I bought my 2021 Sx Prestige at the end of March and shortly after buying it this started happening to me. At least once a week I have an issue with the door beeping when you hit the button..but it not closing and I’m having to manually close the door. It’s not a “major” issue but I’m also not wanting to ruin the motor or whatever for the door.

I’ve only had this happen when I manually open the door all the way versus the setting I have for the automatic open, which is lower to accommodate my garage.
