Can I Turn Off Beep but keep warning?

I have a 2023 Kia Carnival and have been playing and researching how to turn off the beeps when I have blinker on and there's a car next to me (Blind Spot Warning). When I turn it off it also turns off the red light notification which I like in case I don't see a car. In my old 2021 Sorento, there was a vibration and red light but no beep. Does this exist as an option with the Carnival?
