No, you have to step up to the EX to get the additional cruise control features. The Kia website is actually pretty accurate for comparing trim levels so you can trust what you read.

I’m looking into the Carnival LX with Seat Package but none that I can take a look at in KIA dealerships near me. Does the LX have Smart Cruise with Stop&Go? In the specs, it shows LKA and LFA but does not show HDA and Smart Cruise. These Carnivals are trickling down to dealerships and there are more of the SX and SX Prestige which I don’t like. These two trims are too much.
I hope you're happy with your choice, but I'm confused... The EX does not come with a moon roof in the US. But it is the best bang for buck if you like the extra looks and features that come with it (12 inch screen is nice)! We bought the LX with the seat package. I did not see the value in the EX for an extra $3K above the LX with the seat package - the only worthwhile part of the EX was the power tailgate and the adaptive cruise control. We never use a moonroof, same with the other extra features. For $3K more, I couldn't do it. And couldn't find a color we liked without that awful "carnival" interior on the upper trims. We ended up with cherry red exterior with tan interior - very nice.
We did the same thing. We live in Texas so we really need the ventilated seats and my wife wanted the 360 cameras for parking such a large vehicle. Plus, it didn't hurt that the SX package just looks so much nicer on the exterior.I have finally decided that I will buy the SX instead of the EX.
Hope you’re not too attached to the heated wheel, because you have to go Prestige to get that. The reason why I finally decided to go with the SX is because it has the features that I used to have in the vehicle that I had prior to the Seltos SX that I’m going to trade in with the Carnival SX. Here are some of them: power folding side mirrors, heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, 2 driver memory seat, power passenger seat, power liftgate (my petite wife hates the Seltos manual liftgate - too heavy for her to open), auto dimming headlight (the Seltos resets back to non-auto dimming every time you start the engine + it does not stay auto), etc.
Oh, that’s not in the SX? Darn KIA! Only if the EX has ventilated seats and Smart Cruise Control with Stop/Go, I would go for it. I’m forced to go with the SX, which I don’t realy care for the rear entertainment screens. I will probably chop those off Lol.Hope you’re not too attached to the heated wheel, because you have to go Prestige to get that.
I did that. Took 5 min and a Philips head screwdriver.Oh, that’s not in the SX? Darn KIA! Only if the EX has ventilated seats and Smart Cruise Control with Stop/Go, I would go for it. That’s the thing I wanted and couldn’t get. In all of the valley (Phoenix area) I found 2 Carnivals that weren’t already pre-sold. Both were LX with the seat package. Only thing aside from the power liftgate was wanting those dang screensI did that. Took 5 min and a Philips head screwdriver.
