I have a Google Pixel and the charger always works even with the case. Can you try without a case / another phone?
Carnival lx+ wireless charge not working
I just got new carnival lx plus, but wireless charger most of time not work, sometime work , with my iPhone. Dealer said he is not use this feature, he use wired charge.
Disappointing.

Make sure the wireless charger is enabled in the vehicle settings. Also, the doors must be closed for some reason to activate wireless charging.I just got new carnival lx plus, but wireless charger most of time not work, sometime work , with my iPhone. Dealership sales tried with me. Moving my iPhone 13 and his iPhone cell in difference positions on the charging pad, 8 out of 10 times not work. We have to moving our cell around, and wait and see if charger position works or not. Keep switch different positions, it is hard!
I can’t imaging myself spend 10 mins every time, just trying to pin point my cell to find “sweat spot” on charging pad, like arming golf ball to the target hole.
Practically useless for me. I don’t want see usb cable in driver area while wireless charger just inch away but not working.
it is 2023 LX+ brand new.
