Carnival Prestige Captain Chairs Shaking
Hi All,
Finally received our 2022 Prestige Model just a couple of weeks ago after a 7 month wait. I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing issues with the 2nd row Captain chairs shaking/vibrating to the point where you can feel them and literally see the headrest shaking. I took the MPV into the local service and they agreed the chairs were vibrating but also said they could not fix that issue. Because the captain chairs are movable, unlike a bench, that is unfortunately just part of the design.
Looking to see if anyone has any recs.

Update as of 3/5. Took the car to two Kia Service centers including the place where I purchased the car. Made the manager and salesperson sit in the back and both agreed the car is shaking worse than they have ever seen. Even at 20mph the seats shake. Not just the 2nd row but the front two as well.
The entertainment system screens noticeably shake even at low speeds. I left the car at the service center for them to "examine" but thinking there is nothing for them to fix.
Next steps are to see what service says, and then either see if a buyback is possible, or going through Kia Corp to start the lemon law process. My worry there is that Kia will say its not a defect. Just a bad design.
Also, the problem solving is harder because no Kia dealers have Carnivals to test drive! So you cannot try other one and see if the shaking is normal or the exception.

We have an SX Prestige and none of the seats shake. Everything seems nice and tightly constructed so this seems like a defect to me.

Did they check the balance of the tires?
Check the bolt of the captains chair, Ours has a missing bolt and got fixed by the dealer.
