carrying a big load- a lot of rear squat

I'm traveling this summer and the Carnival squats a bit more in rear than expected. I would get some airbags but I looked underneath and there are already some cushioned rubber in the springs!

The scary part is that pic is just our luggage! The dog and our 13 year old daughter were not even in the car!
HaHa! Can you tell me the brand/model of your bike rack? I like the way it goes up from the hitch.

NV 2.0 Hitch Rack | Küat Racks | Bike Racks Great rack but I scrape it occasionally on entrances- looking to get a hitch riser so it doesn't scrape.
I am going to be doing a similar trip next week in ours, fully loaded w roof box. I seriously think some sort of lift for this thing is going to be in the cards.

What model is your Thule box? It looks great up there!

OP, did you experience any flexing of your roof rails at highway speeds? I am well within the load limit of the cargo box and am noticing it bouncing up and down while traveling.
