just bought this Kia in February 2022, I have a large family. It was brand new off the lot. Now 6,500 miles in the Kia is acting up and doing this and when it happens it jolts and is hard to drive. I checked the ELO app it said nothing until the next day it sent me the warning. All the dash lights come and. I am super upset becuase this is the only vehicle my entire family fits in and I shouldn’t have to already have problems with a brand new car!!!!! I am hoping I didn’t make the biggest mistake of my life buying a Kia. Super pissed.

Hard to say, good thing is it’s all under warranty. Hopefully parts are available and you get good customer service

All car manufacturers have issues, only time will tell if you made a mistake or not but don’t beat yourself up over it.

Hope it all works out for you.

Kias do have occasional problems, but my two Kia cars have been among the most reliable cars I've owned. I don't think you made a mistake.

Seeing that the Carnival is a new model, you should expect some teething problems, but Kia should make it right.

We bought our Carnival in March 2021 and have 22k miles on it now. Last week it started driving weird and all dash lights came on. After an hour at the dealer they said they found a mouse nest in the fuse box. They have had it for 2 days now and continue to find more nests wherever they look. The van is driven regularly and we have 2 other vehicles in the driveway that have no rodent issues.
