It’s decent. I’m also in the Midwest and about a year ago I bought a 2022 LX w/ seat package for $36,087 OTD.

I think that's a good deal to accept. I didn't get below MSRP. I got my 2023 LX w/ seat package, a few months back, for $47,334 OTD. That was talking them down with all the tax,title&doc fees, add-ons, market adjustment and then including the extended warranty.
