I have had my 2022 Carnival for a year and a half now. I use Google Maps nearly everyday. One day I turned my car on and the screen was black with a white triangle and exclamation point in the center of it. Now when everything comes up Google Maps is missing. Occasionally when I turn the car on it will magically appear but 90% of the time it's not there. It is very frustrating. Anyone else have this problem? I have unpaired my phone and repaired and that seems to be a temporary fix for one car ride but then right back where we started. Help!

So, everything else about the infotainment system and Android Auto works fine when connected to your phone? It's only Google Maps that doesn't load?

It sounds like a Google Maps or Android Auto issue, no a Kia issue. I have read many articles when an Android Auto update causes a bug were a certain app no longer works (like Maps). You could try uninstalling your most recent update or uninstalling and reinstalling Maps and/or Auto on your phone. Oh, also try using a different phone and see if that one has a problem too.

Unfortunately I tried uninstalling the most recent update on Android Auto and that didn't work. I also don't have another phone to try that.
