Having issues with Built in YouTube in monitors on rear

Good evening, I currently own a 2022 carnival sx prestige. Recently it seems that YouTube no longer finds anything after searching, keeps saying search not found and also Netflix app says the software needs to be updated. I searched on this forum, can’t find much info on this issue, if I missed it I apologize, also tried factory reset and still not resolved. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Having the same issue with Netflix and YouTube apps and anything I plug into the HDMI (Roku) too! Have had it to the dealer twice and raised a case on the Kia consumer affairs line but they don’t care. Will keep pushing as I either want my money back or the screens removed. Best of luck and let me know if you get any resolution.

I can absolutely foresee a scenario similar to what "smart" TV's have experienced over the past 10 years. The built in apps never get updated or long term support and eventually become obsolete or incompatible with the service they provide. So, these screens will likely have a similar Achilles heel.
Good news, their was another update and YouTube now works, and Netflix works as well. Being it’s a android device I don’t believe it will become obsolete anytime soon
