I was waiting for available 2023 Carnival and ended up placing an order of a 2024 SX. And I just received the call from the dealership that they can now submit a new order.

I heard everything will be the same as the 2023 models, there is $100 increase on the MSRP, but it is negligible when I need to put 1.5k market adj. In Korea, 2024 models may have some updates but they always "beta test" new models in Korea and release to the US.Welcome! Very curious. $100 is worth having an added year for mileage and longterm value for the vehicle. This was the lowest offer I received in midwest. Normally they insist 3.5k ~ 5k mark-up over MSRP at least.

They initially told me it would take 3 or 4 months or more, but they persuaded me that it might be delivered within 3 months by placing the order very early to be assigned in the first batch.
This may be the fastest ETA so far because the dealership took my order first (5/3/2023) and waited for the Kia online system starting to take 2024 orders (5/5/2023 in the morning).

I heard there are some dealerships in TX and VA only charging MSRP + doc fee, but I decided to spend 1500k markup + MSRP + doc fee for a new model to pick it up in my town. But I would contact Sean if I lived within a few hundreds miles range!

It is very dealer specific. I ordered mine almost a year ago for a 23. Just got told it was switched to a 24 and it would be here first of July. It all depends on allocation.
I only did it because local dealers were charging 4-10k above sticker and I wasn’t in a hurry.
I see, now other chicago dealers told me it would take 6-8mo or more. My order was submitted via Lupient Kia in Milwaukee.

No real difference. On the EX they removed a few things like the power lift gate delete and auto up/down on all windows.
And the MSRP and freight went up a tiny bit depending on trim.
Facelift updates/hybrid/AWD will be available in the late 2023 in Korea, so NA models may be released in summer 2024. There is a year gap between Korea and NA versions.

Just found out my car that was supposed to be here first week of July will now be here next week!!!
