Is It Possible to Download Previous Software Versions?

I've been checking for weeks to download the most recent software using the updater, but still no luck. We are leaving in a few weeks for a trip and I really would like to update the software before then, since we won't have access to a computer during our trip. Is there any way I can find a copy of the Nov 2021 release? We just bought a used 2022 SX and it appears the version currently installed is quite outdated:

Map Version: NAM.13.47.50.610.301
SW Version: KA4.USA.S5W_M.V001.001.210105

It seems the November update will at least get me to:

Map Version: NAM.14.47.47.453.306
SW Version: KA4.USA.S5W_M.V007.001.220314

I just assumed all previous versions would still be available for download. I also assume you already checked the updater; otherwise, you wouldn't have made this post. But, you know what happens when you assume... :sneaky:

And yes - the november 2021 update is what enabled Verizon WiFi access. However, if you're planning to use it on a trip, I think it is very limited in how much data you can use during the free trial and mobile data through verizon probably isn't very cheap. Does your current cellular plan not allow you to use your phone as a hotspot instead?

Isn't the newer April update available to you through the updater? I thought it was available to everyone for like 3 weeks now

I received the following messages from someone at mapnsoft.com when I inquired about other versions available for download:

Unfortunately there is no update currently available for download for the Carnival, there appears to be a technical issue that the device manufacturer is working on, and they have yet to approve the update for release. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

We have only had that release, and the spring release for the Carnival, both of which have been pulled due to software bugs from the device manufacturer. We are waiting for a stable update.

So... I just have to keep checking to see when the stable update goes live. If this update doesn't come through before the trip, thankfully I do have hotspot availability on our phones.

Weird. I have yet to check the updater but when I tried a few weeks ago I couldn't because it was pulled. Someone replied to my topic on here and said the software was available for download again so I was just going off that info

I managed to download and install it before it got pulled, and after weeks of usages, I can confirm it's got the occasional bug. One that is most repeatable is when swapping from Android Auto to the Passenger View camera and back, the UI turns green and pixelated for a moment.

I have the

2022 April(2) KA4.CAN.S5W_M.V008.001.220504 -31gb
but these are pretty big files. I could zip them up but the files within are already compressed so you're still looking at very large files.

Ok after compressing I got it in the 18 / 19 gb range and uploaded it to Mega

I'm not sure how different they would be, I've been through the files and everything is listed as "USA" or folders containing both USA and CDN files. Maybe someone can go into their downloads folder and look for a "NaU" folder and see if they have any of the older releases, and if so provide a file listing.

I'm not sure either, but it's better that people be aware of the potential for incompatibility before they install firmware designed for another region.
