this is not accurate I do live in NH and bought car at MA and still not allowed to use UVO, I called UVO support they told me that regardless of where the car is registered if you buy at MA dealership you are not allowed to have UVO features. only thing affected by this is remote start/stop climate control etc via app .Navigation works fine.
This limitation is because of the right to repair law that was recently passed in MA. I was told that if you live outside of MA you can submit a request for the full UVO features to be enabled, which will be reviewed by their legal team.
I don't care much for the additional UVO features that are disabled, but I believe there are legal arguments to force them to enable UVO even for MA residents.
As a NH resident, you should be able to make them re-enable it, as would be the case if you would try to sell the car to someone outside of MA.
