Thanks everyone for the helpful posts on this forum. We found a Carnival EX for a little under MSRP last week and are really enjoying it. Looking forward to hearing more about other people's experiences in here! So far ours has been super smooth (we're coming from a 16-year-old Toyota Sienna, so expected it to be amazing by comparison, and it hasn't disappointed).

So glad you were able to find a Carnival -- and under MSRP. Please let us know how you like the Carnival as compared to the Sienna. Welcome to the forums!!!
Thanks Phantasm22. I pretty much love everything about the Carnival over our old Sienna, except for the fact that you can't lock the doors until everything is closed. We can't figure out how to make sure the doors are locked! It is amazing to me how cars have changed. The safety features are really great, I love the 12" infotainment screen, the ride is quiet and smooth, handling is about on par with the Sienna. I do think organization was better in the Sienna and I don't love the tiny 3rd row side windows but the newer Siennas have the tiny windows too. Overall a great buy and I'm hoping that I don't need to make use of the great warranty much.
