P2118 engine code revisit.

Has anyone had this issue remedied yet? It seems that a lot of us up north have experienced this issue, especially the limp mode characteristic and surging idle. I hope that Kia finds a solution for this concern before the freezing temps hit. The only answer I get out of my dealership is that Kia is aware and working on a fix. Other than that, the vehicle is great!
