Our 2022 Kia Carnival was hit over a month ago and insurance classified it as un drivable instead of totalled.

We just heard back from the repair shop that the parts to replace it are on critical back order. Does anyone have any experience with this? How long did it take to get the necessary repairs? We only had the van for 6 months and are really missing it!

We had to get a windshield replaced and it took weeks to get it in. I can’t imagine how long you are going to be waiting for parts. You may want to argue with your insurance company if the projected parts delivery is going to be 6mo or greater.
