Did you check to make sure you downloaded the correct firmware? There are sometimes different versions for 22 vs 23 year models.

Thanks for the tip. I called but they were useless. But I emailed them and got a decent response. I'm gonna do a hard reset by unplugging the positive battery terminal for 4 hours as they suggested. Fingers crossed.Can you call Kia America?

Thanks I'll remember this for the future. I've never noticed that reset buttonOn the lower right area of the large screen is a tiny hole. You put a paper clip in there and it will reload/reset the system. Helps of everything gets locked up .
Probably not. Please read my last post. Basically, you need to do a system update. Your dealer should have, but it sounds like they didn't.I have a brand new 2023 Kia forte gt-line doing the same thing will disconnecting the battery solve this issue?
