I can get the screens to play the Pinkfong video, but there is no sound. I have watched numerous videoes, spent 2 hours in van trying to figure this out and reading car manual! I'd like to get them working for my grands! How do you get sound to come out of them? I did download the RSE app. Can someone give step by step instructions plz??? TIA!

From the front screen, switch to the media mode and select screen 1 or screen 2 as the audio source.

You need to add the rear screen(s) as a Bluetooth device in the infotainment system.
