I removed mine. Would be happy to sell them, by biggest concern for you would be if your seats have the necessary wiring though.
Rear Seat Entertainment Part Number
We just bought a 2023 SXP. My wife really wants the rear seat entertainment package and my dealer said they do not install it.
Does anyone have a part number for that? Or better yet, anyone have one they want to sell off?
I would assume install of the physical unit will provide all necessary functionality?

Yeah, that's not exactly a win for most people when you have to buy and Jerry rig another streaming device to bypass the OEM streaming device. If anything, you've proven how useless the OEM screens are from the factory.I hooked up a Roku and they work fantastically.
I hear what you're saying, but many people use streaming devices (roku, Apple tv, Firestick, etc.) on their Smart TV for thr same purpose. These dedicated devices just do it better. I don't see it as jerry rigging thr RES, it's a legit option just like on the TV.
