I programmed my home address as a saved location in the Nav system. I even saved my home address in my profile on the Kia Connect app.

But when I request “directions home”via the voice assist, the Carnival calculates directions to a home in Missouri (not my home—I live in VA and have no connection with the Missouri address).

Any ideas why my Carnival insists that I live in Missouri?
