With most us having to use a drop hitch upside down to make up for the low hitch height I made a protector. I've had trailers lunge forward on me after disconnecting (I know, use wheel chocks) and crack my bumper. I'm not taking any chances my new vehicle. This should also prevent jack knifing. The wife say it's hideous but it will only be on when trailering. I'll get a forged aluminum 6 inchdrop hitch and stainless steel ball to make it look uniform.

Looks good. I never had a problem with my trailer surging forward with my Sedona, and my driveway is on a slight slope, but if you've experience the problem before, this seems like a good solution.
