Hi I have had a carnival for almost three weeks and I can not figure out ho to activate UVO...?

I have read all of the instructions, but there is not option to activate UVO on the touch screen.

The physical button does nothing. Any ideas?

I began my activation using the app on my phone then moved to the Car. Have you don't that part already?

Is it possible to have 2 separate UVO accounts for the car or do I have to share login/password between drivers? I connected my wife to UVO, but then I can't get it to connect it to the app on my iphone. It says car already registered. I'd think they would allow sharing of UVO/car between family members.

Call the UVO tech support - they’re insanely helpful. They’ll walk you through everything. I had an issue with my VIN not registering in the app. They escalated and solved it in a day.
