Hello

I got 2023 SXP in June. For the kids, I had put in few videos for the kids on a pendrive and plug it in to the rear seat entertainment systems, but it is not reading. I tried multiple pendrives , it is not working.
It either days, no USB detected or shows the USB as empty ?
anyone had same issue ?
Does the USB drive needs to be formatted in a particular version ? I do it from my mac.

You need to format your USB FAT32 or exFAT
