Hello,

we are trying to stream video on the screens in the back on USB. At first it worked great! Then it suddenly stopped working. It says feature unavailable. I’ve changed the formats around. Is it a size issue? Any thoughts? I put only one video on and MP4 and suddenly no dice…

Ok... let me make sure I understand. You put an MP4 video on a USB stick and plugged it into the screen in back. It played but then didn't play?

Which software in the system are you using to play the video? Meaning what app did you launch to start the video? Did the video start by itself? If this system had the capability to install like VLC or some other media player, I would say that is your best bet.

I tried out a USB key on my 2023 Carnival screens and saw a similar issue. I had some .mkv files that worked, then I added an .mp4 into the same directory as two .mkv files; now those two .mkv files aren't working, the .mp4 -is- working, yet some .mkv files I have in a different directory have continued working all along... I need to do more testing, but I suspect a bug with playback of certain formats when two or more formats are sharing a common directory.
