Hello
I received an email couple of weeks ago regarding a free hotspot service provided by Verizon ( 3 months) and i had to update the software 1st .. i did update it on the car using a memory flash.. since that date the app isn't working ( vehicle not enrolled) . The app doesn't recognize my account .. and i got ZERO help from uvo C.service .. everyone says something different like Verizon had to notify me or they're working on their modem or i have to wait for a code .. zero help ..
Anyone experiencing this??!
