I believe those are the microphones for the rear passenger talk controls that allows the passengers in the middle row to control certain aspects of the car system with voice control.
Cameras for the rear passenger view.
Sorry, but they are the ultrasonic sensors to detect if a passenger is in the vehicle when you leave the car. There are 3 in front of the 2nd row and 3 more behind the 3rd row. There is only (1) camera, also mounted in front of the 2nd row.

Interesting… I just tested on my van and covering each hole will block a partial view of the rear passenger view. Is the camera mounted in such a way that placing your fingers over the holes would cause a partial view obstruction? I just assumed they were three cameras that pieced together the rear passenger view.

Those are not the cameras. The camera is the larger black circle further forward.

Ah, yes, you're right.
Interestingly, I sometimes see reviewers on YouTube point to the 3 sensors and claim they are microphones for passengers to respond when you engage passenger talk from the infotainment center. That's not how passenger talk works. lol - it's a one way communication from the front seat to the rear speakers.
