It's been several months since I had my Carnival serviced for the wind noise issue. I wanted to wait and see if it was really fixed. I'm happy to say it's 90% better than before. The dealer replaced three different weather strips on the door and added some foam backing to the weather stripping that sits against the driver side window. See the pictures below.

Replaced three weather strips around the door.

Adding foam backing to this weather strip (so it seats more firmly against the window).

This has mostly fixed the wind noise issue where it sounds like your window is slightly cracked. It's not 100% gone, but way better. Hope this helps.

We have had our 2022 Carnival SX Prestige for one year. Horribly loud and vibration. Been to Fort Wayne, IN dealership many times and nothing resolved. Want to really enjoy the car but having trouble doing so and get sick to think what I paid for it only to get no help from the dealership.

I don’t think it’s a documented solution (at least when I was at the dealer). They did mention it’s an issue seen on other Kia models. That’s all they said.

I have the lxs model and it's has had the qind noise from the get go. No matter what speed I go. I thought I was hearing things. But I guess I'm not alone on this. I have 5000 miles on mine now will contact dealership bout it and have it documented

Any other owners experience an air leak noise around the drivers door or window? I have an EX and I'm really enjoying it but it's pretty loud driving over about 50mph. Would be curious to hear experiences from other owners.

Yes!!! SXP I took it to the dealer, because the wind noise after 80mph, now, I feel it after 50mph, they are going to replace the sealant again this monday

Yes, I almost posted about it but you beat me to it.

I have an EX and also notice the wind noise when I get to 50 and it just gets louder from there. It's on both front doors/windows so I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

I was thinking of taking it back in next week to be checked.
